It's so wholesome it has to be cooked for many hours. Hard to believe it's a vegetable broth, filled with onions, ginger, cabbage, green squash, baby corn, cauliflower, broccoli, scallions, and cinnamon. Served with a sweet side of bean sprouts & basil, lime, and jalapeno.

There's excellent pho in north Golden now! The staff are friendly, and the food is delicious. There are both standard and vegetarian options for many of the main dishes and appetisers. Don't forget to get a boba while you're there.

The food is always excellent here. I am personally a huge fan of the eggrolls; they are extra crispy. I always receive excellent service here, and the food has been consistently good after eating it at least five or six times. I’m never disappointed.

I'm addicted to their sesame tofu. All around great place, friendly people, and knowledgeable about gluten-free options, of which the sesame tofu is one. Excellent pho too!
